Mr. Piet Saarloos
Mr. Saarloos, Dutch national, is a international investment banker, business lobbyist and entrepreneur for more than 30 years. He started his career at ING in the Netherlands, advancing as financial controller, country general manager to various executive roles amongst them at ING Direct. As member of the global leadership team at AT&T Europe Middle East &Africa he completed major corporate financial deals with some of the largest banks in the world for which he received several special achievement awards. In his role of advisor to the Executive Director of World Bank and IMF he structured, negotiated and completed numerous financial transactions with governments funding humanitarian projects and projects of major economic importance. Mr. Saarloos holds participations in several investment companies in Luxembourg. He is a recognized specialist in capital markets, structured bonds, corporate investments strategies and global business development. Mr. Saarloos holds degrees in strategic management, business administration, finance and economics from several Dutch business schools and post–academic diplomas from ING Academy and AT&T Leadership University.

Mr. David Barret
Mr. Barrett, UK national, is a top-executive with 25+ years experience in the financial and investment services sector. in Switzerland, Luxembourg and the UK. He has extensive knowledge of corporate finance and business restructuring, financial management and reporting, regulatory supervision, taxation and management. Mr. Barrett is acting Group Chief Financial Officer of EFG Group Luxembourg and Group Chief Accountant of EFG Bank in Geneva and Member of the Board of Directors of 3 regulated Luxembourg funds and approximately 30 Luxembourg based corporate entities as well as CFO of one of world's largest Family Offices..Mr. Barrett is member of the Institute of Chartered accountants in UK.

Mr. Cornelis Prins
Mr. Prins is a seasoned top-execution with over 30 year experience in the field of life and general insurance. He holds a degree in law. He started his carreer in the Netherlands. During the next decades Mr. Prins held position in Fortis Insurance as CEO of Eastern Europea, Director of METLIFE Europe, was responsible for ING Insurance's European country organizations and portfolios. Mr. Prins was COO of Swiss RE responsible for re-insurance operations in Europe. Mr. Prins is also former CEO of a Luxembourg bond issuer with expertise in securitization.

Mr. Rubén Fernández Gómez.
Mr. Fernández , Chief Executive Officer of Guarantius Capital is a Spanish national, lawyer, executive and entrepreneur for more than over 24 years. He began his career by founding his current professional law firm, "R & F Abogados y Asesores", in Madrid, specializing in the business field, having advised more than 500 companies. As an entrepreneur he has founded and directed more than 70 companies from different sectors, having specialized in the Promotion and Construction of Housing. Usually manages its own and third-party real estate assets. As a freelancer he has made more than 1000 real estate economic viability reports. He has subscribed financial agreements with the main banking entities in Spain. He is a renowned specialist in corporate and asset restructuring. Mr. Fernández holds degrees in Law, Business Administration, Administrative Manager and Real Estate Administration, as well as specialized studies in the practice of law, accounting, taxation, and control and development of specialized programs. He has been elected in the City of Leganés, as well as has directed as President and maximum shareholder to C.D. Leganés SAD. He is currently President of different non-profit entities, such as the Butarque Foundation and the Brotherhood of San Juan Disciple Amado, and leads the constitution, implementation, start-up and direction of Guarantius, as well as the rest of the group's companies in Spain

Mrs. Sonia Amado
Mrs. Amado is acting Chief Operating Officer of the company. She is a Spanish national and seasoned executive active in global commodities trading in particular between Asian and European enterprises. In this capacity she was responsible for deal flows, deal structing and transaction processing. In the past decade she ha established a global network of commodities suppliers and offtakers across the globe and maintained relationshiips with numerous financial instutions and complex trade finance deals. Mrs. Amado is actively involved in large scale real estate development transactions as well as debt-restructuring and recovery of distressed asset portfolios. She often undertakes the role of business enabler and liaison between major banks, real estate companies and institutional investors as well as law firms, consulting companies and accountaning firms. trade finance financial suppliers.

Mrs. Suvar, Romanian born, holds degree in sociology and psychology of the University of Bucharest. In the past ten years she held several general management positions in high-end fashion, cosmetics retail. Mrs. Suvar has been awarded several awards for most succesful sales manager from various top retail brands. At present she is advancing studies in social media.
